Poorly run hotel. Terrible management and staff. Cleaners took random toiletries est $150 dollars worth and my brothers slippers not sure if they tossed it as other items went miss i g. Didn’t clean the room one day. Bodywash in the bathroom wasn’t filled all four days i booked for. Wouldn’t even compensate for it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Since this is known as airport service hotel, I understand that conceirge services may not be present however, when the staff answered me you can check yelp or google, I was keen to speak with a human being and not just search online, only this part was disappointing. The rest of cleanliness and facilities was beyond satisfactory. At the end of the day we are in the hospitality industry and there should still be a human touch felt and not just mere robotic behavior.

Shuttle took more than an hour but 2 DT North came. No eye contact or welcoming words when checking in or out. Huge brown stain in front of our room door. Dining option limited if you flight arrives late and your waiting on the shuttle. Room was ok. We had a Keurig but only one cup for 2 people. Only 1 elevator working so had to wait 10 minutes for one.

You start by being welcomed with a warm chocolate chip cookie, yum. It is convenient to the airport with a well laid out free shuttle there. The restaurant has a great happy hour which makes food and drinks affordable. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and responsive.

I was only in the hotel for a few hours between flights. The original room that was provided had a problem with the toilet but the hotel staff immediately resolved the issue by moving us to a different room. It was equally nice and clean but not quite as large. My only suggestion would be for the room to add overhead lighting. The only light available in both rooms were a single floor lamp and desk lamp, which did not provide ample lighting.

The hotel room and common areas were clean but you could tell that the hotel is aged and needs some maintenance and work like the trimmings, walls and carpet. There was a lot of loud thumping noises coming from the shower or shower lines every time the shower turned on from our neighbor’s upstairs. The refrigerator in room was too cold it froze all of our drinks including my baby’s milk which was very frustrating. The AC in our room stopped working and it was only blowing hot air and on that day it was 79 degrees out. Front desk gave us the option to switch rooms or wait for maintenance, but they wouldn’t be in for another hour. We ended up switching rooms to a different tower. It was an inconvenience because we had an event to attend in a couple hours and also packing up a baby. Overall, staff were nice and our stay was okay.
