「I arrived to claim my reservation. Called front desk. I tell them I’ve arrived the lady hangs up, I sit outside the gate for 45 minutes waiting to be let in to claim my room and such, and no one arrived. I kept calling and would be ignored. Never got my room. Don’t waste your time. 」

「En general el apartamento esta excelente, muy limpio, sus habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas. El servicio del personal encargado muy rapido y eficaz para cualquier situación. La localizacion es muy segura para caminar, tiene muchas opciones para desayunar, y mucha variedad de restaurantes y comida local. A 5 minutos de Provenza, farmacias y colmados. 「To get to the site is a bit treacherous, but once there, the staff are amazing. They took care of me complete with getting me a taxi in the middle of the night. The food was exceptional too. Very pleased with my stay. The noise coming up from the city was loud but that has nothing to do with the treehouse or the staff. My stay was perfect. 」
