"Clean room very nice the outside just do sent have housekeeping they clean ur room only when I leave apparently but my 10 of 10 was water park for my kids just the water was cold got in for a while . And love the different rooms with games for kids very nice hotel also dirent like that we weren’t able to get our breakfast upstairs apparently hotel rules they give you breakfast but can take up only if u buy it "

"This place does not fit it's description and profile. The room is dark and not clean but only surface clean, the pool is freezing and dirty and directly outside there living room area with big windows and door now privacy. The host reported he would block my car in to keep it safe. This place for surely is nothing that is described and does not meet the ratings it has. "

"No tiene servicio al cliente las 24 horas, no te avisan con anticipación hasta después que reservas el cuarto, que si planeas llegar después d las 12 am pierdes tu dinero como lo perdí yo y ni si quiera utilize el cuarto. Pésimo no lo recomiendo "

"Very happy with our stay. Property description was accurate and met our needs for our 3 week stay. Pet friendly yard and close walk to downtown Kissimmee and waterfront areas. "

"Room was clean however, for a non-smoking room it smelled smokey, Also, there was a clothes rack without the rack (pole) to hang clothes. Ice machine broken, no attempt to compensate. Had a lobby, but was close. Had to check in from outside under the rain with just a small canopy to cover you (not suitable)."
