「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful.」

「The elevator was not working. The staff were really kind and accommodating which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about the property. The room was sticky and hot and never fully cooled down the entire 2 night stay. There’s a window ac unit and it just blew regular(non cooled) air the whole time. For the price it was ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. 」

「Great property with beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Great staff was super-helpful. Brendan bent over backward to assist us with our inadvertent double booking. Nice room with super view of the water and nearby islands. Heartily recommended! So nice we came back for an additional four nights. Will definitely come back.」

「Extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. I’d say it’s worth no more than $200 per night. Definitely not the $600+ that we paid for 1 night. Linens could definitely use replacing or some bleach. Everything looked dingy. Only positive was the location. Will not be staying here again.」

「Staff is top notch, especially Shannon, however elevator broken for 6 out of 10 days we stayed here. Pool heater broken entire stay. Pool had lots of leaves everyday, there was an older gentleman who cleaned the pool and it wasn’t really his job. So we appreciate him. Rooms could use some updating, sofa was old and stained on the upholstery. Rooms are sparsely furnished. Conveniently located to anything you may need. 」

「Our room was very nice. Had everything we needed and also very quiet. OMGOSH, the sunset was just amazingly spectacular. The restaurant was also nice, food was yummy. 」

「We asked to see the room prior to checking in. After we saw it we left, and did not stay the night. The room and everything in it was old and very tired looking. 」

「This place was great. A bit of an older motel but the housekeeper, Theresa,is fantastic! She even found us more pillows! The sauna was not working when we were there but the hot tub and pool were great. Perfect for a getaway to Tarpon Springs. 」
