「The hotel is quite clean and hotel staff are very helpful. Close to the tram stop Gülhane, it only takes 2 minutes walk to go to the hotel. The hotel location is really great. Situated between the Sirkeci and Sultanahmet, one can easily stroll to the Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet area, Sirkeci train station and many other old town attractions. We stayed there for 6 nights and we will definitely come back.」

「Overall the hotel is well maintained , and it’s walking distance to the most of attractions in old town. The staff in reception is nice, but we tried to ask for just one more bottle of water, and the hotel charged us, which is quite disappointed. also there was an old male staff in breakfast desk ( 2023/12/31), he had no smile , and we found he was sleeping , and when he woke up , he became quite rude and not professional, maybe the hotel can adjust his position to somewhere where not get in...

「Good and clean room. Great location; the Gulhane Park was very beautiful and walking along the seashore is beautifu; Convenient to all the popular tourist spots - Sofie, Blue Mosque, Palace, Underground Cistern, Grand Plaza. The breakfast is reasonablly furnished. Being close top the tramway system is a great asset. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide smaller face towels. 2. Give us the option of changing out the bath towels every day., despite our desire to be environmentally friendly.」
