“We had a wonderful stay.Parking on site was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. Outstanding location for everything we wanted to do during our time in Santa Fe. We look forward to returning in the future.”

“The heating had been switched to AC so there was no heat in the building. The temperature was in the 30s everynight. The front desk gave me a small space heater but it would not heat up the room at all. Too cold to take a shower and getting dressed was hard. You can see daylight thru the front door and patio door. The staff was attentive and as hepful as they could be but had to rent for an extra night and would have been nice to receive a discount due to freeze warning and no heat. Parking was……

“This is actually the first hotel review I’ve ever written even though i travel 3-5 times a year—and I felt it was warranted. I travel often and usually stay at 4-star hotels or better, so I tend to have pretty high standards. This property exceeded expectations. It was extremely clean, very well managed, and everything felt thoughtfully maintained. Don’t be alarmed that there’s no traditional front desk. They provide a phone number and email, and they are incredibly responsive—honestly more……

“The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. ”

“Excellent breakfast though smaller portion. Lobby area has lots of board games to play. Kids had fun. Room is dated but clean. It even has a small kitchen area where you can cook. ”

“My room was essentially a mini apartment so it was nice. The living room/kitchenette area was closed off from the bathroom and even the bathroom was closed off from the bedroom though you had to finagle with the doors since they were really close to each other. I wasn't in my room for a good majority of my stay since I used to live in town and was visiting friends and such but when I was it was nice. My only issues really were there are absolutely no vending machines of any kind so if you want a……

“This was a terrible experience. I couldn’t even stay in this hotel. It smelled like chlorine and chemicals. I got an allergic reaction from it and when I tried to conduct staff for anyone about it, they never responded and charged me for the entire stay, even though I never stayed in the hotel. Absolutely terrible I recommend no one stay here ever. ”
