We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do.」

Al llegar a la recepción no tenían constancia de mis datos y no me habían mandado ningún correo con las instrucciones me dejaron tirado a las 23.30, y pese a llamas durante más de media hora intenté llamar, enviar WhatsApp... Nunca contestaron. Lo más fuerte de todo es que se me han quedado el dinero de las 2 noches y las 2 habitaciones que había contratado y no me lo devuelven. Me han robado.」

「This place is no longer a hostel, yet they took my money and left me with no accommodation for the night. Absolutely disgusted that they can do this and feel very sorry for the man who now lives there. 」
