“We have been coming to The Westin for 4 years during the same week and every year the service seems to get worse. There was a cheer competition ( I was a part of ) and two weddings. I can’t understand why the hotel wasn’t fully staffed for the amount of people that were staying and visiting the hotel. The food and elevator wait time were unbelievable! You all HAVE TO DO BETTER. ”
