「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」

「What a beautiful house! It is obviously very old, but updated quite nicely. And it was so nice for almost every room to have its own bathroom. It is also a great central location - a short walk one way to the river and a short walk the other way towards Forsythe Park. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again!」
