It was a great location for us to enjoy the hiking the gorge has to offer. Cabin was cozy and great getaway for our anniversary. Steep drive but a nice view!!

Perfect, comfy cabin!

The cabin is in the perfect location! It’s comfortable and the totem pole is such an interesting touch. The hot tub was clean and felt so good. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. It’s silly, but the only thing we wanted was another garbage bag or two. Truly, it was a great stay!

First impression looked really nice, after going inside it was even nicer, it was clean well stocked with everything you need to cook, nice touch was the Christmas tree, hot tub was amazing, everything was perfect, The only thing I can say bad is the road going up to the cabin needs some work done on it

Great relaxing cabin

This place is amazing! Just what we needed to relax after a hectic Thanksgiving family visit. The area was so peaceful and close enough to restaurants and some great trails. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable. The host was great! We will definitely be returning.

Cozy, quiet and relaxing

This was the ideal property for my significant other and I to escape the busyness of our day to day. The cottage was clean, had a comfortable lofted bedroom, privacy and is close to all the activities we planned for our getaway. Morning coffee and the hot tub was the perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend!

The cabin itself is absolutely wonderful and cozy. It’s perfect for a couple needing to get away. Super close to everything! The hostess was very friendly and helped us with our accommodations. Our baby sitters fell through so we had to bring our little ones. This cabin was a perfect fit for our family and we all got to enjoy exploring the area.

Best mini getaway

My partner and I were needing a weekend away from everything and this cabin gave us the perfect space for that. The solitude really gave us time to disconnect from all the crazy aspects of everyday life and just focus on relaxing. We spent so much time in the hot tub just soaking the stress away. We will definitely be back for a longer stay as soon as we can!

The best property we've stayed in yet

We have been coming to RRG for about 4 years now, and this is hands down the best cabin we've stayed in yet. It's easy to find, and the access is paved (important when it is as steep as they are round here). WiFi was fast, bed was comfy, and there were a lot of very nice touches (like nightlights so you could find the bathroom in the darkness). About the only issue (being super picky) was the InstaPot in the description wasn't actually there - which meant we had to do the casserole the old fashioned way on the stove - and the big burner on the stove couldn't be used because the knob was missing/broken. Oh, and the oven door handle is ,.....rustic :)

Peaceful, serene, hidden GEM

Perfect getaway for my husband and 2 dogs! Close to 100 hiking trails and everything you need to stay in”otherwise. My husband loved grilling and the kitchen was very well stocked, except for hot pads which would have come in handy with all the hot dishes we prepared. The property is very slanted, which can be difficult for taking the dogs out, but you walk down a hill to a flat drive. We could not have found a more quaint cabin to wind down the year and escape civilization. The beauty of the gorge and the healing power of the hot tub after a long day hiking was just what we needed!! Thank you so much for a good value and beautiful stay.
