「Stunning location for what could be a stunning hotel, but getting a little tired and rooms (102) could do with some TLC. Some simple enhancements would also make a difference, IE bottled water in the rooms, more attentive service at Breakfast, had to put our used plates on adjacent table to make way for 2nd course, net curtains would have been nice as was on ground floor with lovely views of golf course, which meant golfers had lovely view into our room!」

「Cute quick getaway, got upgraded to a larger room which was lovely. Views were amazing. Dinner was great in the 2 rosette restaurant. Pricey but lovely and still decent portion sizes! Pubs within walking distance but is up and down a steep hill. Bar onsite though is reasonably priced and a good selection other than no draft beers.」

「Pleasant and helpful staff. Courtyard rooms compact, but enough room for our stay, with comfy beds. Be aware all courtyard rooms are dog friendly. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.」
