"Canceled my reservation an hour after check-in while I was already 2.5 hours into a 3.5 hour drive for my daughter’s Nationals competition. I booked months in advance through Expedia. They claimed they were short staffed and overbooked. The manager, was unapologetic and told me to “book somewhere else.” When I explained we were traveling with a baby and were one hour away, he threatened to hang up on me for “yelling” when I was simply upset. Another parent from our team arrived and was told the same thing. She also said the property looked rundown, smelled like cigarettes, and had panhandlers outside. Canceling reservations last minute after check-in time is completely unprofessional. The lack of accountability and customer service made it worse. Would not recommend."

"Perfect space to stay when you’re taking on the city of providence! My partner and I stayed here for the Comic con weekend and it was great! Clean and cozy. Super spacious.Off street parking. Would definitely recommend!"

The house is also less than 10 minutes to downtown and all the other wonderful Providence attractionsThe house was very neat and tidy when we arrived and it was nice to have parking spots behind the house so we did not need to park on the street. I look forward to staying at this location in the future!Linda K"

"My daughter goes to college in Providence and lives 3 blocks from this property. Location for my family is perfect!We host a family and friend dinner and everyone can walk home. This is second time I have rented this property and plan to rent again!!"
