“The room was fine, the food good and the service was excellent.”

“I booked a triple room, but all the amenities provided were only for one person — one duvet, one towel, one cup, and one set of toiletries. This is clearly unacceptable for a triple room. I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. However, the staff showed a poor attitude, were unwilling to help, and simply replied that they were busy without taking any further action. On top of that,……

“Fantastic Hotel. We’ve used it a few times now. Very clean, big rooms and comfy beds. My father in-law left his jacket in his room, he only realised when we had got home. The staff located it and put it somewhere safe until we got Royal Mail sorted to do a pick up. Very happy with the service. All staff friendly and helpful ”

“Lovely breakfast provided and thoughtful, ample parking and easy access to the ao arena, taxis and takeaways nearby easily located would reccomend, only thing was working out the heating ! 😀 ”
