"Our 5th time on this gorgeous island over the past 10 years - Staying 7 nights at this property for the first time. We booked the room through Expedia where this is a VIP access property and free upgrade was included but was never offered (given property seems relatively empty, assuming availability). Rooms: - Quite dated.. dirt and grime on the shades and the bathroom. We found couple of large glass bottle shards on the sofa and hesitating to let our 11 month roam around. - One AC for the entire cottage. Booked this place because it is advertised in Expedia as AC in the bedroom. Due to this reason - you pretty much have to leave doors open at all times and defeats the purpose of having a two bedroom cottage. Service: - Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff (Ruth) is extremely rude and acts like she hates her job and everyone involved in the process. We discussed this with other guests and everyone feels the same. Every morning, we need to endure this for the breakfast.. - Breakfast is the exact same plate everyday. It is not continental as advertised and they prep and serve the same plate. You can order extras to balance it which we've been doing. Location: - No concerns here. If you didn't do any research to find out this is not a beach property, that'd be on you. We have a rental car and that gets us anywhere we like. Beach had umbrella and chairs, no service. Overall: - If I knew these cottages are so old and lacking amenities at ~$500 per nig"

"The suite was very clean and within walking duto the beach and restaurants. "

"We had a great stay at Nirvana’s Nest. The location is a perfect, easy drive to all the hot spots of Providenciales. To us, the best part was coming back to the villa and taking in the views. Renting a car in Turks is easy and don’t let driving on the left scare you away. You will appreciate being away from some of the resort areas and you can see so much more. Most everything is less than a 10 minute drive and parking is easy. Jasmine was a great host and very responsive from booking all the way through our stay. The sun rises right outside both bedrooms so don’t plan too much in the mornings. I don’t think we left the place until 11am each day because it was such a spectacular view from the wraparound deck. Thank you for the amazing place to stay. We hope to come back soon. "

"Resort is great but staff isn’t super helpful "

"The apartment was great - had allThe basics for cooking. Had beach equipment for use - chairs, snorkeling gear, towels. Location was convenient to great restaurants and you can walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile). We rented a car to get around the rest of the island and to grace bay beach. Host was very responsive but honestly everything was very straightforward we didn’t really need to contact after we received the instructions. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend. "
