You check in at the office which is in a convention center across the street from the hotel itself. Good stay overall, our room had plenty of space for the whole family. "

"When we first got there they put us in a room that was not what we agreed to on Expedia. The rooms are out of dated most of the room leaves more to be desired. With outdated furniture and appliances. A lot of abandoned vehicles are left in the garage which leads to minimum room for guest to park. I highly recommend people to start taking accurate pictures of this hotel because the ones online are very misleading as to the condition of the property."
