“We had the most incredible week at the Villa Pearl. The house is modern, clean and very spacious. Our group of 9 best friends spent majority of our time by the pool. It's a great size and was cleaned daily by pool staff very early in the morning. Each room is a good size and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped so we cooked a lot. The BBQ was also really clean & good for grilling. The concierge Mauricio was so friendly and his response time was so quick, usually……

“Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Cleaning and pool service was top notch! Can’t think of anything I would change. I do wish I knew more about the tipping ahead of time. We tipped them as a group instead of individually. They were all so friendly! Scott was great and checked in on us. Make sure and pack the mosquito repellent! ”

“Our family booked Villa Sol y Luna for a one in a life time vacation experience. We were a party of 15 with 3 generations of parents and cousins ages 12-69. From the start, the manager Melanie took all of our questions, assisted with booking transportation, made referrals for photography and an excursion for my mom’s must do Chichén Itzá tour and the hired chef services including units groceries to be stocked before we arrived. At arrival we had such ease with our private transport and then……

“The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. We went to The Reef Club using the passes provided. John and Chema were always……

“Villa Tortuga did not disappoint! Everything was fantastic and Oscar was in communication with us throughout the week, to make sure we had everything we needed. What a view! It was perfect. We used Chef Francesca and Chef Pino, and not only was their food delicious, they were so nice and fun to have around. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and I recommend using their services!”

“The house was in a great location, within walking distance of various stores, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was easy and the pool was great! Little hot water for showers and some hard mattresses, but overall it worked very well for our 5-person family. ”

“We had 13 people (ages 18 to 78) from two continents stay here for a weeklong family reunion. The houses gave us plenty of space to spread out and be alone if needed while also accommodating large group meals and lots of fun in both pools, the grounds and inside. Great having two kitchens and being right next to each other. Nature abounds on the property and road leading up to it- birds, butterflies, flowers, iguanas, lizards, coati, agoutis, etc. Private, quiet space, easy access to Puerto……

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were the kindest people I've met in Cancun. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
