“Before you arrive your concierge will contact you for anything you may need, which creates a wonderful comfort level. Our concierge contacted us daily during our stay and made fantastic recommendations and connected us with the right person or location to dine immediately, The house out performs the pictures and is in the most desirable location in Playa del Carmen. It is located in a gated area and is across from the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. It definitely is the best location……

“While the hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating, the house was really not up to par for what was advertised. It was a gorgeous location, much closer to the beautiful beach than we anticipated (across the street, two houses down), and on a safe and secluded street with security.But the actual house needed a ton of work. We would run out of hot water because the boiler stopped working multiple times, much of the wood was warped or crumbling, rendering the use of the bedroom……

“The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. “Our group of 10 ranging in age from 5 to 65 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house, pool and courtyard, and beach are outstanding. The host recommendations for a chef and local transportation to activities were great. It was a treat to have dinner prepared several evenings so we could enjoy being together. We took trips to nearby attractions. Swimming with sea turtles at Akumal was a big hit! The home was beautiful and the environment relaxing. Perfect March getaway. ”
