"Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were run down, several of the outlets did not work or were too loose to hold a charger, hallways weren’t vacuumed, no washcloths or hand towels in the room on check in. Over all, they were fine, but not stellar."

"Breakfast selection was superb, every day was a little different to make each day feel special. The GM made smoothies for everyone one morning too. Staff were all so kind and helpful, I needed scissors to fix something on a shirt one morning and they had some I could borrow. The staff who manage the breakfast area was on top of keeping everything stocked and cleaning the area multiple times throughout breakfast as well. Location is great, about a 7 minute walk from a subway station and a 3 minute walk from a bus station. Lots of local eateries within 15 minute walk to check out."

"Room was nice, location is perfect and well connected. Breakfast not great as it has to be ordered from a limited selection. Ordering waiting and eating takes an hour every time"

"Free parking was a great plus. We were told we could take an Uber to Newark Airport and pick up our car when we returned in a week. Much better option than paying for parking at or near the airport. "

"Breakfast was kinda pitiful. Waffle maker, bagels, muffins, oatmeal were the only options"

"Fantastic welcoming stay. Smiles everywhere, comfy beds, clean rooms, great gym, and hearty breakfast. So pleased we chose this place. Close to Union St subway. "

"There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel especially in my room , room 926. The bath tub was stopped up so had to take showers in this condition. Overall the staff was nice and courteous but the condition if the hotel in some areas were not satisfactory. "
