“The first room (standard) we were put in did not have a balcony. I thought when I booked that it would. Spoke with front desk clerk expressing our disappointment. She looked but no balcony room was available since it was July 4th weekend. But later that evening, she contacted us that a cancellation had occurred. They put us in a king suite with a balcony & did not charge us any extra. It was a perfect, roomy, clean room with refrigerator, microwave & sink. Made our vacation perfect!! We will……

“The resort was absolutely beautiful and landscaping was nice throughout & between each of the resort buildings/villas. Our condo unit was clean, however there was a bit of rushed linen set up bc our sheets were only halfway on the mattresses & inside out. However, the Front desk staff was lovely & helpful. Easy access to the beach was a great perk. Also, we did appreciate the Starbucks in the front lobby, very convenient! Overall, site experience was great. Would definitely come back to this……
