“The cabin was very clean and the bed was quite comfy. The kitchen was well furnished. There were even enough eggs and milk for our breakfast along with coffee/ tea options. Granola bars and a few snack paks were a welcome treat. Great views of surrounding mts and atv tours are available at the office.”

“Cozy Seward Cottage was perfect for our stay in Seward. The cottage was immaculate with everything you might need for a getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was spotless. The main living area was furnished with 2 comfy twin beds, a dining table and chairs and cozy upholstered chairs. The yard was super cute and furnished with patio chairs and a table, plus a firepit with firewood. We would most definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this cozy cottage!”

“Had an excellent stay here for one week in July 2025. All appliances working well, excellent queen bed to sleep in and clean bathroom. Owner was very responsive and helpful for any queries. Flooring could be improved in some areas. Neighborhood is not exactly posh but I felt comfortable soon after I arrived. ”

“Nice scenic home on the river. Rustic ambiance for those wanting to enjoy the beautiful vistas without distraction. Host was on site and helpful. ”

“Enjoyed our stay at Slumber village! Close to restaurants, easy to find, off street parking, and inside, towels fluffy, heater worked well for those cold Alaska nights, bed comfortable. We didn’t cook so cannot comment on oven or stovetop. Tall dining table with stools in front room. Had a request and on site host able to respond promptly. Even forgot an item and host sent it by mail back to my home when meet up timing didn’t work for both parties! I would rent here again. ”

“We loved our stay at Salty Sam's! The cottage was clean, cozy and just perfect for our family of five (one kiddo in a pack n' play). The location is perfection! We walked to the park, restaurants, shopping and even the post office (to drop off Alaska postcards). The host had great communication, an easy check-in process and provided everything we needed. The cottage even smelled wonderful! Thanks for a great stay in Seward! HIGHLY recommend Salty Sam's for anyone looking for a rental in Alaska!”

“This was the perfect place to spend the night before hitting the mountain for a little skiing. It was super quiet and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub looked very nice, although we didn’t have the time to use it. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.”
