“Exactly as advertised! If you are going to Dubrovnik, this is the apartment to book. Literally, right next to Tvrđava Minčeta, you can see if from your door! Its so centrally located and because it is right outside Old Town, you can easily catch a cab in and out! The management is helpful and friendly - if I ever return, this is the spot I'm going to book! ”

“Our host was very helpful and the cold lemonade when we arrived was one of the highlights of our trip. The room was comfortable and only a 25-30 mins walk to the old town.”

“Spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen. Host was super friendly and available if anything was needed. Air conditioning was excellent (two pumps in the space). Use of outdoor terrace and washing machine. Please note: 40 steps up from the gate to the apartment. Main parking garage is roughly 175 steps above the property on the edge of the old town. Walk to Pile Gate from the property is a gentle slope. Overall excellent apartment with a comfortable bed - had a great 3 day stay.”

“We had an incredible stay here. Highly recommend if you want to be in the old city but in a quiet area. Yes, there are lots of stairs, but it’s manageable and can always stop and look around at the history surrounding you if need a break. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The AC units in both bedrooms and living area worked great as we were there during a hot time. Recommend getting the info for porter service if you have large heavy rolling bags. We would stay here……

Our host, Ivica, was always quick to reply with questions before we arrived, helped arrange a driver from the airport, met us at the gate of the old city and walked us to the door of our rental to show us around and make recommendations for where to begin our visit to Dubrovnik. “Villa Klaic is a marvelous bed and breakfast. We highly recommend it. Milo was a terrific host. Our room with the view and private terrace was awesome. The breakfast was excellent. There was a pool, the view of the Adriatic was stunning. It's a tremendous value, we highly recommend it.”

“What a lovely holiday. The apartment was amazing, stunnjng views over the bay and out to sea, lovely little beach nearby ( although steep steps), really clean and tidy abd had everything we needed, great little pool to cool off in and a great bbq and patio area for evening dining. Theres a couple of great restaurants nearby and a brilliant bus service to both debrovnick and cavtat, we would recommend visiting Cavtat, such a lovely town. The host was so friendly and really helpful during our stay……
