"It was great "

"Breakfast was average hotel style food. Airport shuttle never came after waiting for an hour and 10 minutes contacted the hotel multiple times they advised it was in route never showed. When we arrived at the hotel via Uber their excuse was it was a busy night however, other hotels shuttles were seen arriving multiple times. When we arrived again via Uber at the hotel, the shuttle was observed parked. I don’t believe they ever running the shuttle. It was the only reason we chose this hotel is because the shuttle was included."

"Rooms could have been cleaner but for a quick overnight stay due to flight cancellation it was fine. Front desk staff was amazing. "

"Room was clean and basic, which was great for a quick overnight stay. The chair in the room needed to go straight to a dumpster though. Easy to find room, cold ac which worked well. Easy check out and shuttle to cruise port. Cannot comment on breakfast as we skipped this"

"Courtesy shuttle from the airport was nice, but would be nice if they had it to the cruise terminals as well. The hotel looks and feels worn. Floor tiles coming up in the room, bathroom was surface level cleaned only, and the downstairs lobby ceiling was in need of repairs. Breakfast was chaotic! "
