「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「We had a super stay in this apartment. Very conveniently placed for everything - lots of things walkable including the train station so car not essential.! Very clean and well equipped and Keith and Sharon made every effort to keep in touch and make sure things ran smoothly from beginning to end. Lots of lovely little touches too which made you feel very welcome. A little gem of a place - well recommended and good value for money.」

「Beautiful room in historic building. Excellent location, walkable to the Mermaid Quay area. One downside was that the jacuzzi tub/ shower was not accessible to my elderly parents. There were no handlebars in the tub area.」
