“The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views , the staff are friendly, very helpful and efficient. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was a very large and beautiful room and quiet- especially for a hotel. There are two things that let the hotel down , no food after a certain time in the evening seems strange to me , most places serve until 10pm at least and there is a mention of 24 hour room service but there was no menu in our room (That we could find anyway) and when we asked……

“We feel we need to give some constructive feedback, first impression the apartment was clean and tidy, but when we open the cooker we found a baking tray full of fat. In the bathroom the towel holder was missing and just screw holes where one used to be. The description about the apartment is also incorrect it says there is outside space with patio furniture, this is obviously a general description for other apartments as ours didn't have outside space and we wouldn't have booked the apartment……

“This apartment had great space and really useful cooking facilities. A dishwasher and washing machine in such a small apartment were useful for a longer stay, although we didn't use the later for our 3 night break. It's really convenient for the City centre and even closer to the Millennium Stadium, although I bet prices for major events there are much higher. Cardiff is a great city and certainly cheaper than Lincoln where we live. Strongly recommend a visit. ”
