「Unfortunately when we entered our room, water was dripping through the ceiling, a pipe had broken, we immediately reported it to the staff who quickly and efficiently moved us to an alternative room which was perfect. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was of the highest quality, can highly recommend the lamb shank. The menu is varied and delicious. 「We stayed in one of the balcony rooms and the room was legit the best room we have stayed in the UK. The bed was a dream, super duper huge and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Their breakfast spread was delicious, the only downside of the stay were the cocktails from the Vale bar, I think they could do better with that. Apart from that, it was a 5/5.」
