"We booked a junior suite, and were very happy with the cleanliness, ocean view, and surprised with the high-end finishes in the bath, including the pedestal tub. Everything was within walking distance, and we were able to get to our show without stepping outside and by walking through the hotel lobbies which was a plus."

"Airport. shuttle was great; room was great; upstairs 24/7 pantry was a nice added feature since we had to leave before the regular breakfast was available. The pantry needed an attendant but it's understandable to be messy at 4 a.m."

"First - the evening rep that checked me in was amazing. He was very pleasant and it was quite a busy time so taking those few extra minutes to welcome us was really nice and appreciated. And the doormen at this location were also amazing! I loved how they interacted with the guests and were very welcoming and kind! "

"Check in was a breeze since I did pre-check in. I also like that when you do pre-check in, you can pick what floor you want to be on. The room was spotless and the view of the ocean (which we didn't know we were getting) was beautiful. The staff throughout the Ocean were super friendly. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from. We went to Bang Zhen and the food was amazing. We went to see a show at the Ocean. While the event itself was great, the Ovation Hall was not the most comfortable. When we got there, our section of seating was gone. Like the whole section was gone. We were not notified about that. However, the staff at the door had tickets on hand for new seating which were still good seats in terms of location, but the seats were actual folding chairs. And sitting in a folding chair for a 3 - 3 1/2 hour event was pretty uncomfortable. I think if we went back for an event in Ovation Hall, we would sit further back as second level section was regular cushioned seats. Other than that one thing, the Ocean is still one of the best places to stay in Atlantic City!"
