No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. 「I stayed at Ms. Angela's place during a weekend trip to attend Graduate Admitted Students Day at Rowan University. The space was very clean, and everything was easy to find. The location was absolutely perfect for my short trip to Rowan. Check-in was a breeze and the host was very attentive and quick to respond woth any requests. It's the perfect accommodation for a short trip around South Jersey! 10/10 highly recommend!」

「We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment.」

「The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

「We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.」
