「LOCATION AND STAFF ARE AMAZING!! I can't speak to other rooms, but our room was beautiful however the bathroom was unfortunately not as maintained as I had hoped. The toilet sometimes would lag on flushing, the water pressure when showering was extremely low and the bathroom door needs fixing. But again, as for the room it was nice, the bed was comfortable and the outdoor patio was great. I never saw anyone swimming in the pool, it definitely could've used a skim but truly the location and staff...

「Had a great stay here. Staff are very welcoming. Our stay came with free breakfast and it was delivered on time to our villa. Love the pool. Clean area and property. Food was also good. Will recommend. 」

「Lovely room, nice quiet place, excellent breakfast. Pool could have more sunbeds but that was only slight negative. Really enjoyed our stay」

「Very helpful staff, good food and location, quiet despite construction in the area, nice pool」

「Very unsatisfied with my stay in the twin room. Cleanliness was terrible, with stains on all the towels and bed sheets. Pillows all smells mouldy. Bathroom without exhausting fan and with strong sewage smells. On the first night there were two huge spiders in our room, we can’t find anyone to help at around 10.30pm because reception finished work at 10pm. We couldn’t sleep until around 1am because we only managed to kick one of the two spiders out. I told the reception girl the next morning that...

「Fantastic straff!! Amar and her team was a blessing!」

「Everything was excellent, the breakfast and room service were very tasty and great value. The hotel is clean throughout and the staff are very friendly and helpful 」

「This place was a DUMP! The room was filthy. Conditions were so poor that I checked in at 2:30pm and checked out before 7pm. The walls had what looked to be mold growing on them, there were stains on the sheets, thick soap scum on the shower glass and bathroom faucet was loose. I would not advise anyone to stay there.」

「The room was clean and pool well maintained but lizard in the room. While breakfast is available, one has to go long distance for meals. Beach is a long walk away. I would not stay here again」

「Fantastic place to stay, Very clean, staff very friendly. Farnkie and Jason are very welcoming and accommodating..... Great offer for the price. will surely come back again.」

「We had a lovely stay at pinkprivate balangan. The rooms were immaculate and fully equipped. The pool was lovely especially with the big day beds at either end. The breakfast had limited options but the food was very tasty and fresh. They also had contacts for everything, we got massages, hired a scooter and got laundry done all for reasonable prices. The staff were super inviting, helpful and polite. The location was quiet but only a short walk to cafes, supermarkets and a short grab ride to...

「Nice staff」
