“I stayed here from 8/15-8/19. This hotel is nothing like the pictures. Noisy staff, my room was next door from house keeping, sounded like they were doing construction right outside my room. I ask for a room change, they stated they would change my room and never did. No view means no sunlight room. No view of beach at this hotel. They will give you a room in a spooky dark corner. Room floors were sandy, it had flies, fruit flies, and roaches. Only good thing the bed sheets and towels were……

“My family (2 legs&4 legs) and I very enjoy spending many visits here at the Vancouver motel over the last 7yrs . The owner Raju is very friendly, hard working , dedicated to making your stay wonderful unlike larger hotel where you're just a client. He does enjoy speaking with all. The staff there is also very friendly, respectful ,trustworthy, caring and hard working. The rooms are always so clean . Minutes to the beach & not far from all the attractions. The pool is just prefect always……

“Poor check in policy. Late turning over the room. Dirty laundry in the hallways. Not an enjoyable stay.”

“The property was in need of an update it wasnt terrible but tiles were broken in the main lobby the door leading to our balcony was in need of repair and had to be persuaded to shut every time. We never seen anyone cleaning the main pool except on the last day of our 6 day stay. Most trash cans were overflowing evvery morning showing that theey had no one cleaning and getting the property ready for the next days activity. We saw a woman from housekeeping mopping the main lobby every morning……

“To be honest, when we check in the room was circling beautiful after thatThey don’t have room service and even we trying to ask tuwel they didn’t give it to us. We have to go two 3 times I asked to clean up the room they said we have to pay additional payment and the TV is not working One of the employee told me I have to figure out how to work. This is unacceptable.”

“Loved the view,room was clean only bad thing to say is if you needed extra towels you had to to go to the office to get them no cleaning service. Overall I would recommend”

“This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. When we got there and noticed how disgusting the rooms were. We went to sam's club cleaning supplies came back and cleaned our room. We rented two rooms side by side, we got put On the eighth floor!! the stairwells are disgusting. They smell. The carpets are ripped out with holes in them. Almost every single staff member I encountered right here was extremely rude and unprofessional. The only staff i will say that were decent, the restaurant/bar……
