“The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector.”

“the place is family friendly, with privacy and quiet . The location is also not so bad if you want to keep on coming back and forth to the grand canyon. The things that I don’t like about it is that I was charge with electricity, cleaning, etc. without advertising that it will be like that. I just found out about it when I was already charge. And at the checking out instructions I was told to wash the dishes, throw the garbage out, etc., did I not pay for it? How can I wash the dishes they don’t……

“We did not enjoy our stay at our rented cabin and recommend the following corrections to allow customers a more pleasant stay: - Non stick dishes are very old and should be replaced with stainless steel. - There should be oven mitts, kitchen towels, tongs, one sharp knife for families to cook simple meals - Water pressure in the kitchen sink is non existent - Water does not drain in the bathroom shower - Faucet in bathroom is stuck with white minerals and sprays everywhere when used - Loft is……

“The tiny house was perfect for our stay in the Grand Canyon. For our family of 6 this accommodation was less expensive than hotels and lodges in the GC and offered everything we needed for our stay. Even though it is a tiny house everything is well thought out and layed out well to maximize space. My younger children loved sleeping in the loft and we appreciated the 2 bedrooms to offer privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. This house is a quick 20 minute drive to the Grand Canyon……

“The pictures on this listing must be from a model unit they keep in great condition, because our unit was fairly worn and not as pristine, and did not include the same furniture as the photos. But it was clean enough (light staining on sheets and walls, etc.), and for the price we were happy with it. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as, they didn't have fitted sheets on the bed (so they'd slide off), you can't turn the AC lower than 70, the shower heads were making high-pitched noises……

“The half trailer had not been serviced upon our late evening arrival, beds were undone. I texted the management company immediately, got an answer 45 mn later. By that time we had decided to find another option for the night, back to the Grand Canyon as there was nothing around the trailer park. “This property was adequate for our stay. The location to Grand Canyon is fairly good although next time, I will stay in a hotel in the park or in Tusayon. The tiny home is really tiny-as advertised-and did not leave much room for sitting and/or eating. Overall, the cabin was clean, although the linens were very low quality (think hospital sheets) and did have some staining (not new stains but maybe a remnant from commercially laundering.) We were 4 guests and only received 3 hand towels and 3……

“This unit is half a mobile home, poorly maintained. You can tell the door has been broken, walls have been patched. No place to fill water bottles. One morning we didn’t have any hot water, maintenance did come out and it worked after that. I certainly wouldn’t stay here again. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable though. ”
