「It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...

「Our room was very basic and not very well decorated. The bathroom was awful. Mould everywhere. Stains on bath that must of been there for years. Toilet didn’t flush properly. I didn’t use it as so bad. We didn’t get into late so too tired to change rooms and didn’t notice it until the next day. I contacted Adham hotel group twice but no reply. There was also missing plaster on the stairs. I have photos.」

「Room was looking very tired needs refurbishment basin in bathroom would not empty plug was stuck!!!when opening bathroom door handle bang shower door in spite of stopper fixed to floor, appreciate free "cookie" but could not make cup of tea as no milk in room,」

「The food was excellent and the potions enormous. It was rather remote so you needed a car to visit Durham. The park and ride (Belmont) was excellent but you will need sat nav to find it.Uber was £19 to Durham. Most of the staff very friendly a couple not so but didn’t spoil our stay」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

「Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.」

「Staff were great, the hotel looked stunning and the grounds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. The room we had was in the attic so I kept hitting my head, the main light in the room was above the doorway which was around a corner so didn’t really help at all. There was water and hair in the bottom of the shower when we arrived as if someone had only just had a shower. There were patches of damp in the room around the window and on the ceiling.」

「First visit to Bowes incline and won't be the last.If it was on 4 in bed program I could be hyper critical on a couple of issues but I'm not.I always give a fair and balanced review's and this is what I'm doing,first impression of hotel was clean and well maintained,staff on reception were friendly and welcoming explained breakfast set up and evening meals.rooms are small but cozy for two and well appointed .can get a bit noisy in morning when people going for breakfast with doors...
