“Beautiful house with fantastic lake view, and wonderful hosts. Great location too with 10min drive to Heavenly Village area (my favorite spot in Tahoe). ”

“I am willing to pay extra for this place because it is walk in to the gondola. Except when the gondola doesn't run which seems to be about 50% of the time in my experience over the years. No biggy, in that case we have an alternative: drive to the CA main lodge ... except surprise surprise starting this year you need to reserve parking ... and of course 'on the day of' there is no more parking available ... so Heavenly says take the free shuttle bus ! Except when the gondola is closed there is……

“We all really liked the house, the view was amazing, neighborhood is quiet, house had a little side yard for the dogs (no fence). Be prepared for a lot of stairs leading up to the house and stair inside to get to the bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you need as to dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. Fireplace in the living room was amazing addition for chilly nights. Plenty of parking and fairly close to lake and casinos. ”

“This property is walking distance to a private beachfront. The gated community is very quiet and well maintained. The home is exactly as shown in the photos. The communication with the property management was above and beyond my expectations. Response times were quick, and detailed, making the booking and check out process effortless. ”

“Beautiful condo with beautiful view but very high up in the mountain! Stairs are very steep, you can get winded/out of breath going up and down. Very pleased with the Hosts, they are very good with communication. Suggest softer towels, upgraded showers and TV’s in the bedrooms. I got sick and had to stare at a wall. Place is very small for 6 people, mirrors are deceiving! Will not stay here again, it’s just too high up for me. Altitude made it difficult to breathe, had to leave a day early.……

“Great location, beautiful condo, and super easy to communicate with the owners. My husband and I came to Tahoe for our anniversary. The condo is a lovely place to stay, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice living room with a view of the pool, and a super comfortable bed.
