“I did not like the property at all. The pictures that was on the site did not look like where I was at. My key did not work since the day I checked in and in order for me to get into room I had to call which it was no immediate response. My last night was the longest I waited to get in the room which was an hour long such an inconvenience. I was not even able to check out effectively nobody answered the phone and I have been calling for hours. The communication the cleanliness the everything……

“This is a great option for staying near downtown. We were attending a concert at Vystar, and were able to easily get to the water taxi stop and avoid driving and parking downtown. The apartment is super clean, kitchen is stocked (Keurig coffee maker) and the bathroom was well laid out. Perfect stay for a couple or single or 2 friends. Very happy with communication with host and will save this property for any future stays! I do recommend bringing your own pillows, the ones there……

“I cannot say enough good things about host or the property. They were so helpful getting settled in, and the property was actually nicer than the photos! Everything you can think of has been provided, coffee pods/sugar/creamer. Complex itself is new and in good shape, Neighboors were quiet and the property grounds were immaculate. We come often for trips to the Mayo Clinic and 100% would stay again. We have stayed at multiple properties in Jax over the last 6 months, this is by far the……
