“The hotel used to be smoked in so our non smoking rooms on still smelled like cigarettes. There was piles of laundry in the hallways and a guest spilled food all over the hallway that was still there the next morning when we left. There were kids running up and down the hallways at 11:30 PM. The front desk staff did take the noise level seriously. The kids liked the pool.”

“Ice machine was broken and not fixed on the first floor and have to go to the second floor to get ice. It happened the second day of our stay and we were there for four days. Also the toilet in our room 157 did not flush well told the front office but did not see any improvement.”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
