“The property itself is clean, great location and super comfortable bed. However communication with Globalstay is not ideal. I received all check in instructions and once arrived at the property, Globalstay would not pick up to let me in the building. I phoned the number and after some AI prompts spoke with a human. She was unable to unlock the main door, only the door to the property unit. I was able to get into the building with support from building tenants but the next problem is you need a……

“We were in Alberta to compete in the Alberta BMX grand provincials in Okotoks. The property was super convenient for us. 20 minutes to the BMX track, close to restaurants and shops. The ground level entrance was really convenient. The space is nice and cozy, has a full kitchen which really helps keep costs down. It was quiet, clean and comfortable all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.”

“Room was nice and clean, had many of the items one would need to cook in or stay a week and feel at home. Hot tub is very comfortable the access is different, no path to sidewalk. But we managed ;). Overall a pleasant experience”

“Amazinggg place, has everything you need. The place was very clean. Two things to note would be 1) how squeaky one of our beds were which was a little annoying and 2) how I expected a balcony with the shared hot tub included, we didn’t get a balcony but had the access code to the hot tub, so that was confusing. Parking was nearby, instructions for check-in were clear. Overall, compared to other places around there, this place is a good deal.”
