「Lovely, convenient, well-appointed, relaxing」

「We enjoyed our week at this quite studio apartment. Kat and Mel were great hosts.」

「Great location, walkable to the harbor and main st area. We actually did 3 mile walk to dinner in St Armands and took free city shuttle back to main st. Hotel also had free bicycles which we used to explore 5 miles down the Legacy Trail 」

「On the one hand, this was one of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The staff was great and the breakfast was better then most Hampton Inns. The hotel was very nice. The only negative was the parking was difficult, but that was primarily due to a wedding and a parade. I gave the property condition a 4 since the toilet would not stop running unless I lifted the lid and manually adjusted the stopper. I would stay here again in the future. 」

「Very convenient to get to from the airport. Walkable distance. We loved the design of the hotel with no carpets in the rooms. We just had a little problem with the TV. The sound was on but picture was black after awhile of watching. 」

「Other than parking issues due to renovations on parking lot, we had a perfect visit!」

「The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.」

「Outside environment was very good. Our condo needs updating, the bed in primary bedroom was uncomfortable, shower in the hallway looks dirty, entry door needs to be replaced or sanded and repainted. Nice little dining room and comfortable living room. The outside surrounding was beautiful with very good amenities.」
