“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“We had an amazing stay! Can’t say enough about the beautiful view and location. Watched the sunset over the marina from the HUGE front window after a five minute walk to town for dinner. Lot’s of restaurant choices. This little gem has tons of charm, an outside, sitting area, an exercise bike and weights, lots of amenities! The kitchenette was very functional, and there is a small sauna in the room of which we did not partake, but would be wonderful in the winter! Our host was incredibly……

“My wife and I wanted the opportunity to visit the new waterfront park, and this condo is in a perfect location. It’s also very close to the vibrant Queen Anne scene with all its restaurants and shopping. The unit checks all the basic boxes, and is quite functional. We especially appreciated the use of a parking permit which allowed us to park just a block away and ignore Seattle’s indecipherable parking regulations.”

“The property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. We'd never been to Seattle and were pleasantly surprised with not only the space, but the location. It was so close to most of the places we went to visit. I had a little difficulty checking in, but nothing unmanageable. The only problem we did have had to do with the parking. It was something out of our control and not something I would have thought to ask about or look into. If you plan on bringing your own……

“This was the perfect location and property for a friend and myself to spend a few days exploring the city. The condo is perfectly located to many of the popular sites and has restaurants and grocery store nearby. Inside, it was very accurately described in the listing. The property had all the necessary basics and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent! Great experience. ”
