“This was our 2nd time staying here. Weve always stayed beachside previously but decided to try a place on the river where we could kayak. The place is exactly as shown and very clean. We feel like it is a safe area also and ghe owner is very nice. We willbe back! ”

“I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous.”

“We found the condo as described. It was clean and had many items included to make our stay comfortable. Access directions were easy to follow. We had no problems getting into the complex, the condo, or getting around the grounds.The area was very quiet. It is completely a residential area, both inland and on the beach. The Cocoa Beach pier, with nearby restaurants and shopping, is about an hour’s walk down the beach.I should note that some of the keypads to access the walkways to and from the……
