“The contact method and concern to customers are very poor. Even I sent a message that I had lost the room key and asked for for help, no any reply from the hotel management was received. No reception was at the premises. The customers was not able to contact the hotel staff for any assistance.”

“Clean room, great area”

“Es un hotel low cost, pero con precio alto. Para ser objetivo no hay nada malo con el lugar, limpio, cómodo, pero hotel low cost, no hay nadie en recepción, no hay apoyo del staff, ya que no staff on site. Para personas adultas este sistema puede ser un poco desafiante.”

“Nice room , good location, easy check in ”

“Property was nice, fridge cooker all the cutlery and dishes, tv only has 3 english channels ( but it is spain ) really enjoyed the poem suites, staff friendly and helpful, but they go home in the early evening and come back in the morning. But you can contact them by phone if needed.”

“Good”

“The apartment was not too clean and there is no safe, the air conditioner fans were very loud and temperature difficult to adjust.”

“Location is excellent! The rest was ok but one thing I didn’t accept is when I asked for a roll of toilet paper in case we run out. They responded “that will be extra cost” (toilet paper is an essential amenity) And the shower needs a little painting and maybe a new faucet (it would take at least 5 Mins to get hot water. The washing machine very clean and new”
