「Had a nice overnight stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great having EV charging right in the parking lot! Staff was helpful and friendly.」

「We stayed on the third floor which got us our exercise. They were painting and doing some updates so that’s always good. Loved having only a short walk to Cooperstown. Great stay!」

「Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.」

「The property was great for what I needed it for: a cheap place close to the Herkimer Diamond Mine (about 10 minutes). It is dated, but you expect that with the price. The worst part was the AC did not work super great, although not bad enough to tell someone. It was very clean, and staff was friendly, although they did seem annoyed with how late we showed. Love the little kitchen nook but wish it had a coffee maker.」

「The bathroom was clean. The bed sheets and pillows are good. Breakfast is delicious. But、the carpet was absolutely filthy—it might have even been wet. There was blood on the curtains, which was disgusting.」

「I was put in an old room. The carpet had multiple stains all over the place. The room itself had an awful odor, and something in the wall or outside of the wall vibrated all night. I asked to move rooms, and it was better.」

「The view of Otsego Lake is wonderful. The access to Cooperstown village is easily doable. It's just a great place.」

「The room was very small, but clean. The A/C did not work well and you must ask for room service. Breakfast and snacks are in the lobby. Its a help yourself situation. You could have a bagel, cereal, yogurt, crackers, apples and oranges. Or whatever is avaliable that day. The hotel had a great shower and was quite.」

「Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.」

「There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .」
