「This place needs a deep clean and update. The stairs leading up to the place are absolutely filthy. Let that go since it was a common space. Once inside you see that the walls are dirty, not just a fresh coat of paint is needed. The blow dryer was held together with packing tape. 」

「This apartment was great for our last stay of a 2 week trip around Europe. AC was amazing and although there was no elevator, the walk up wasn’t too bad. It’s in a great neighborhood and in walking distance to so many of the sites and restaurants. Highly recommend. 」

「I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

「Wow - a perfect location for someone looking for easy access to restaurants and walkability to many of the sights to see in London (London Eye, Westminster, Buckingham, Regent St, Soho, theaters, etc). The house is super clean with all the modern amenities. Great showers and water pressure! Everything was just as described, and the place exceeded my expectations. I'm super picky and have nothing but great things to say about this place. Would 100% stay here again. Pictures and description...

「Stunning flat, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of room for my family of 4 to spread out. Located in a safe neighborhood with close proximity to the rail system and many walkable sites. 」

「We stayed Sat thru Sat. The location is great and we were able to check in early. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minute walk. Natural History museum is about a 10min walk. Directly across from Knightsbridge Picadilly Line. They were responsive to any needs or questions. Down fall there is only a washer, no dryer as listed. There is no central AC, but they have portable units. Bad news is you have keep the windows open for the exhaust tubes which means you hear all the street...

「Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!」

「The flat is large and eclectically decorated. It has 3 levels which provides space if you are staying with friends. There are two separate living rooms!The building has interesting history and you can still see some of the old architecture inside the flat. It’s a short 15 minute train ride to London in a quiet neighborhood which has grocery stores and local pubs. Nancy was a wonderful host, friendly and knowledgeable.
