This was a lovely house to stay in. It was very clean, the location was great and the communication with the owners was excellent. They had a nice book with places to eat and sightseeing recommendations. I would stay there again and will be recommending this to anyone I know that will be traveling to St. Andrews.

The location is amazing for walking into St Andrew’s. Comfy beds, lovely linens and towels, sweet arrival bag and the host is spotOn in replying to questions. Love this cottage. Repeat visitor.

Golfing holiday in St Andrews

We loved the property. Perfect for our group of 4 adults who were on a golfing holiday. The walk to the courses in St Andrews were reasonable and we were close to all the shops and restaurants on Market and North Street. Adequate parking and seamless checkin/checkout process. A great property. Clean, spacious and perfect for our needs.Just a ten minute walk to the Old Course.Tricia was an excellent host and it was nice to meet her personally.A lovely bag of goodies and treats were waiting for us and communication and check in was a doddle - I cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely house great location

We had a lovely time. The house is great and so is it's location. We walked and ran along the Kinnessburn to the sea and along Lade Braes. Highly recommend.

Great location, Great Home

The property is comfortable, and the rooms are impeccable decorated with fine linen and high end bedding. The only inconvenience is that it has one shower and the lighting in the shower room is dim. A quick upgrade to LED Soft white will do the trick. Nevertheless, there is a creek that flows behind the property that is idealic and the walk into town through the Briar path is a storybook experience. Will 100% stay here again. The garden in the back of the property is more than perfect.

Absolutely Outstanding

There are no words that can describe this little heaven within about 200 yards from one of the best streets in ST Andrew’s I have stayed in VRBO’s all over the world and this place is absolutely outstanding Lovely sized accommodation, great backyard and patio area A perfect spot for a great 3 day trip with family and friends for a wedding in St Andrew’s Book and enjoy Tom and my 5 friends
