The sky is clear for stargazing at night and you can often see horse-drawn carriages drive by this prime downtown location. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of the relaxing porches. Wife and I stayed for 3 days. Very clean interior. Great Bathroom with both a tub and shower. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Living room and kitchen were clean and nice. Great Decorations in home and able to raise and lower shades to let in natural light. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Only slight negative very tight parking and front door harder to get in and out of than back door. Thank you!!!

Had a great stay there, loved how secluded it feels with vacant lots and greenery on each side (traffic on the somewhat main road it faces was nearly unnoticeable). The cottage had nearly everything we needed, centrally located, was nicely decorated and clean.

Our stay was relaxing and comfy cozy. We visted the attractions close by, and went out to eat and shopped. This was a much needed mini vacation. All the personal touches for our stay was fabulous. From the Sumatra coffee, sweet smelling soaps, to all the convenient amenities. We will be back again.

Wonderful place for a couple to stay when visiting historic St. Augustine. Clean and bright, quaint and cozy. The cottage has everything necessary for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to the oldest part of the ancient city, it is also part of the Lincolnville neighborhood and close to excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops. We will definitely be back.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our first Saint Augustine trip! The home is decorated beautifully and everything is very comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean! The host made sure to provide all the necessities we could have asked for. The location is exceptional for touring around St Augustine. We realized a three night stay was not enough to fully enjoy all St Augustine has to offer and we will definitely plan to rent this home again when we return!

We loved staying at this cottage! The location made it easy to get around St. Augustine. Close enough to walk & easy enough to drive into town. The house was completely spotless, had mostly all we needed. The hosts provided ground coffee which was delicious. All we needed was the milk & there were plenty of places nearby to get things like that. Definitely 5 stars & we hope to go back again another time! Highly recommended!

Wow! Just Wow! The cottage, the location, the people, the hosts, the wine, the quietness, the space, the comfort and coziness, the bath soaps, the anniversary flowers and card, the cookies. These hosts leave you love and comfort. An amazing plave!
