We will be back!

A very nice place especially for the price. Pool and hot tub right around the corner and the beach is an easy walk. St. Augustine is a short drive with so much history and character.

Beach

Quite family friendly condo complex. The pools and hot tubs were well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer in kitchen. Private beach access.

I mean really!

Not sure why anyone would prefer to spend a week in a hotel or motel when, for the same price or less, they could have a spacious two-BR condo with living room, kitchen, deck—and a choice of pools and hot tubs. Oh, and the whole ocean with private beach access just a pleasant 5-minute walk away. Staff was attentive to our requests and all of civilization’s amenities, including great restaurants and kids’ attractions, just a short drive away.

Summer vacation 2017

We loved it there we will return we took step daughter and grandkids and they had a blast was close to St Augustine so we spent a day there enjoying the fort and a boat ride we also done put put golf lots of things to do in that area loved it loved it loved it

condo was dated in décor, but clean and comfortable; the value was there if you are looking at an inexpensive stay

There were many things that need updating and fixing. Comfortable room but would not stay again. 10 miles from downtown st Augustine.
