「Me ha encantado todo! Es un hotel muy bonito, con todas las facilidad, una piscina climatizada, gimnasio y desayuno buffet, un personal super amable. Estaba super limpio, las sabanas se cambiaban cada día y las toallas. Teniamos a disposición maquina de agua y café 24h. Lo unico malo que podría señalar sería el hecho de que al tener muchos bares abajo y restaurantes es una calle bastante transitada. Pero muy bien comunicada.」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Excellent stay. Fantastic customer service, staff very helpful and let me check in early. Lovely room, quite big and huge walk in wet shower/toilet room. Hotel is a street off the busy area, so very convenient without any noise of note. Excellent value for the price and ideal for a short stay 👍」
