“Our room was dirty, in disrepair, and was not anything like what was pictured/advertised. We were charged an amenity fee and there were ZERO amenities available. I would never stay here again. It was a dirty 1960s motel painted black. ”

“The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but the shower was like a fire hose and we couldn’t adjust it. There was no coffee maker in the room so we went to get some at breakfast breakfast which was due to start at 7 but didn't open until almost 7:30 so the lack of caffeine before an early function was a bummer.”

“We booked this place for college graduation weekend at nearby Potsdam. Everything closer to Potsdam was already booked and priced astronomically. We booked in December for May, so well in advance. Exactly 1 week before check-in day I received a phone call from the hotel letting me know that the kitchen was undergoing a renovation and only continental breakfast was served. Bummer, because we were counting on included hot breakfast. No discount was offered, I was actually told that I could cancel……

“Security seemed lax as the back door was left unlocked for anyone to walk in or out. Much noise throughout the night of doors & heating units running. The heating unit In our room sounded like a freight train when the blower turned on. We ended up turning it off but then we got cold. did not get a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was continental style.”

“I enjoyed the breakfast. A variety of items to chose from. The fresh brew grind coffee is ideal but takes time to brew each cup. unfortunately the elevator and pool were out of commission. we stayed on the first floor so the out of service elevator did not concern us. I The room was a good size. I was happy with the place and would stay there again.”

“The room was freezing when we returned in the evening. It was clean. The staff was OK. There was no breakfast. The location was convenient. ”
