“Just got back from our 2nd trip to this amazing resort. We love the convenience of the location. This resort has everything that you could want in a family resort. Ideally there are various pool locations and you are not spoiled for choice in getting a spot for sun or shade at any of the pools. It is a large resort but easy walking between pool locations. We especially loved the lazy river. We didn't venture to the slides but I'm sure they would be a blast. They have so much to do for the kids,……

“The room was nice, staff was mixed”

“The room is outdated and disgusting. Mold in shower, dirt build up on shower door. Bedding or torn, blankets have bleach spot. I had a nose bleed and for days housekeeping refuse to changed duvet. I took duvet off and place in hallway and then they finally changed it. The staff lives on their cellphones, they don’t say hello, and they always look angry and unhappy. ”

“Amazing vacation. We loved everything about it. The butlers Ophelia and Kirby were both excellent. Most of the rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The Landings itself has been very well maintained and updated, and the food is high quality, and service top notch. We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the beachfront with plunge pool, and did the all -inclusive for our family of 6 as well (4 kids 13 and under). We definitely thought it was all worth it. Highly recommend. ”

“I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say……
