Madeira Beach Frint Condo

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this comfy beach front condo. The description accurate. Parking under covered area next to elevator. Updated and very clean .. everything in working order! Pool and beach were steps away. We will return!

Wonderful stay!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and advertised. Lots of room, and everything you need including shower and beach towels! A huge bonus if you are flying in to town. Loved the proximity to John’s Pass for dinner and shopping. Would recommend, hope to stay again next year.

The location is perfect for beach and shops and restaurants!! There was plenty of room in the condo and parking was great too. The kitchen pans could use replacing and a muffin pan and more coffee cups would be a good addition. We did have to buy ice. The bathrooms were fine and towels were too. We appreciated the fans in the rooms. Not sure if the master mirrored closet was supposed to open but we couldn’t open it. The location absolutely trumps any minor issues though !! Loved the balcony view !

Lovely trip

This place worked perfectly for our family's Spring Break. Perfect location! Could walk to everything! My only complaint was the slow elevator but that's not the fault of the owner. Will come back!

We had a wonderful stay. Many new updates in furniture and bedding. Everything just as promised. Best location on the beach. Management team was friendly and responsive prior to coming and we had no issues while there. Certainly hope to come back.

Have stayed at Beach Place for 6 years. First time in 309. More updated than other units. Thankfully no carpets. Clean with all amenities. Gorgeous sunset Convenient access to John's Pass. great unit for families. Unfortunately interrupted by Covid 19

Nice Condo with Great Features

This condo was nicely equipped, and the location to beach and John's Pass was great. We would definitely stay again. Only cons were not associated with condo itself. We were on the third floor (great view of beach), but the elevator is a bit slow. Also, the gate to beach banged when guest enter and exit, because they don't manual close. If you're in building with balcony overlooking pool, you get frustrated a bit with the noise. Perhaps adding a tension closure or some type of cushioned material would help.

Great Getaway for a Girls Beach Weekend!

My girlfriends and I recently had the most incredible beach weekend getaway, and it wouldn't have been the same without this fantastic 3-bedroom condo. First off, the location was a dream. The condo is right on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. Everything is within walking distance! The three spacious bedrooms provided ample room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The open-concept living and dining area was stylishly decorated and felt like a home away from home. We spent many hours on the beach, including watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Although, we didn't cook. It was there if we wanted it. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

The set up of the condo was nice. I have stayed in condos where the beds were awful and these beds were not bad. They were pretty good. That is something a big importance to me as I have a bad back. The owners were gracious and excellent to work with. My one complaint would be cleanliness of the condo. Doesn’t look like it has been deep cleaned for a very long time, for example, drapes have dirt inches thick and while understanding that it’s a condo on the beach I don’t believe the floors have been cleaned before we we got there. Master bedroom, television was broken. However, was quickly replaced and fixed..

Great Place

We loved our time at Beach Place! The location was perfect - right on the beach for great views and easy access, just across from John’s Pass where we walked most days to eat/shop. The area was very roomy and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy! We would definitely stay here again.

Beach front condo

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. It was a perfect condo for our family. I was really happy with the parking spaces that were provided. The location was awesome for shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. One problem is the elevator. It continually locks up and you have to take the stairs. It was not operating the night we packed and we had to haul all of our luggage and totes from the 3rd floor. Unfortunately my luggage strap became caught on the railing and I fell down couple steps. Hoping the facility will address this situation soon. We would like to return to this condo but this is a problem that needs fixed.

TLC needed

Location is fantastic but it needs a refresh. The shower head in main bathroom won't stay on the wall, ants in bathroom and the furniture could use a cleaning. The balcony floor was so dirty and it tracked into the condo so you had to have shoes on at all times. I seen a note from the association that said they will be power washing the balconies and seal them which would help. Overall it has all the basics you need.

Wonderful condo

Had a wonderful time at our recent stay! The condo is very spacious and was very clean and bright. You absolutely cannot beat the view off the balcony! Being walking distance from John’s Pass made dinners easy, and other beaches are just a short drive away if you want to venture out. The town is still undergoing cleanup and repairs from the two hurricanes in 2024, but almost everything has reopened. The elevator is still down from the hurricane, but we just got a few extra steps in, and the owners graciously offered an extra event ticket, even though that is out of their control. They were extremely responsive for any questions we had during the trip, and we are already planning our next visit!

The condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Heated pool and directly on the beach. We would stay again! The elevator was down from the hurricane still. We understand because other places still had elevators/escalators down.

Girls trip

Beautiful place, great view! Unfortunately things were not available due to hurricanes but we knew that in advance! The bed in the master bedroom is super hard, just my opinion! We will definitely be back!
