Fantastic beachfront apartment in a gorgeous resort

Apartment is clean and spacious, furnished to a very high standard (esp kitchen and bathroom). Resort amenities are great, and staff helpful and friendly. Booking and check-out was smooth and simple. Highly recommend.

Bad Experience

The condo was not clean. The kitchen sponge was black, there was clothes and a tooth left in the bedroom dresser. We had no hot water in kitchen sink, so we washed the dishes in the dishwasher and the dishwasher leaked water all over the kitchen. Also, each night when we tried to go bed the Hulk Hogan bar across the street had a live band or karaoke so playing so loud we could not sleep for hours.

Beautiful property

Shower temps…unable to get warm water. Either hot or cold. The resort did not have us down as a renting tenant causing room keys locked daily despite showing the front desk the Vacasa reservation. Getting pool towels…not an easy process as they didn’t have our last name down. No fault of the owner of the room. First time Vacasa user, not impressed.
