Belleair Beach Club

Great location on the beach. Close to all the attractions in the area. Still manages to be a calm oasis in the midst of a busy area. Loved our stay here.

Spring break 2025

My daughter and I rented this condo for a few days to enjoy the beach for spring break. We loved it! The communication was very responsive and we didn't have any problems. We hope to come back!!

Great Getaway

Property is exactly as in pictures. Very clean. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Sadly no dishwasher but we managed. Umbrella and beach chairs also available. Great getaway for my husband and I for a little R&R after 2 children’s wedding over last six months!

Morning coffee overlooking the beach

We enjoyed the peaceful beach right out the door. The balcony was lovely for morning coffee and sunset viewing. The kitchen is well equipped The bed was comfortable and the unit very clean.

Great rental perfectly located with an awesome beach!

Needed a last minute place to stay and this was a great find! Beautiful views and perfect location. Quick ride to Clearwater, supermarkets and the beach right out the back. Couldn't have been better.

Perfect place to stay

The property was exactly as described. It was clean, up to date and well equipped. They also included the little extras such as paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc. The beach was quiet and neighborhood was very nice we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo on private beach

What a beautiful setting! We watched dolphins swimming every morning and evening from our balcony. The beach was clean and peaceful. The owners thought of everything. Beach chairs, umbrella,beach towels,shampoo,soaps,etc. Definitely the place to go!

Great property and location

If you want to relax and have a great location this place is awesome. My wife and I stayed a week and loved it. Property is clean and up to date, the maintenance staff do an exceptional job! You are just steps from the beach or hang out in the pool. The management are awesome and quick to answer any questions.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Awesome place to stay and the communication was easy they responded to our deeds in a timely manner. Place looks great and has everything you need for cooking or going to the beach. Definitely coming back.

Excellent beach views and access

We enjoyed the location and access to the beach very much! The sunsets were beautiful. We were stuck in for two rainy days and the couch was uncomfortable. Other than that the condo had everything we needed. Very clean and perfect for two people.
