Wedding

Stayed for two nights for a beach wedding at Sand Key. The home is amazing. Absolutely beautiful yet comfortable . Lots of space, the outside area is great for watching boats go by as you are cooking on the outside kitchen island or swimming in the pool. Would highly recommend this home.

Perfect for our big group

We had three families staying for the weekend, and the house accommodated all 10 of us perfectly. The home is beautiful, and the back yard is paradise!! Just minutes from the beach and restaurants, the location is great. The hosts were very fast to respond to any inquiries we had. It was a great time, and we enjoyed our stay!

Quiet and convenient

I personably enjoy the offering of checking in early. The family enjoy the golf cart ride to the beach. Must rent the golf cart for easy parking access cus not a lot of visitors uses it. The house has plenty of space for the whole family. Everybody has something to do. Very nice home.

PROPERTY SCAM- MONICA AND TONY ARE THE WORST HOSTS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

- [ ] Literal terrible hosts and not good people. Read all the reviews before you book this place. The property owners double booked our home so when we checked in someone else was at our home. Then we call to get it figured out and they made it feel like it was our fault and left us stranded in Indian Rocks beach. It took over six hours to figure out and VRBO was also terrible with Customer Service to the point we were hung up on multiple times and laughed at on the phone. We rented a beautiful home with a pool for 8 girls and they were offering us a motel as a compromise. They never figured it out. Thankfully we found another house completely on our own last minute and someone was willing to rent to us. What scam artists!!! Then they harassed the current people staying there as well after we had left. They obviously double booked the house but instead of taking accountability and being apologetic of our current situation (8 girls that flew in from Philadelphia stranded with nowhere to go) both Monica and Tony were rude to us and hung up the phone on us. They treated us like literal animals and just wanted to throw us on the street. Thankfully the people that had just checked in were sweet women that allowed us to hang there while we had to figure out our own arrangements in air conditioning. They never once validated our feelings and concerns for being literally homeless. Not to mention, we reached out to them for 3 weeks leading up to the trip and never heard back. RUN!

Beautiful, clean home on the water!

Would absolutely stay again! Gorgeous view of the canal in the back and lots of dolphin to watch come through in the evening. Plenty of little fish to catch off the dock (maybe even big ones too if you actually know more what your doing). Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect spot for a getaway!!

This property is exactly as pictured. It was perfect for a girls weekend. The kitchen is well stocked... even though a larger frying pan would be preferable. The backyard is the best feature. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature and there are plenty of seats to hang out and sock up the sun. And the view is AMAZING!! The rooms are a great size and the beds are very comfortable!! The bunk room is truly a queen on top of queen and then the other rooms have kings. It is a short walk to the beach or you can pay to use their golf cart (we did not do this). The neighborhood the house is in is very safe. You are also a short walk or drive to all the restaurants on the main boulevard. Could not recommend this place enough.

Exceptional property

Beautiful house and location for a week at the beach. Owners were incredibly helpful in regards to questions about the area. Renting the golf cart is highly recommended. Entire house remodeled and Master suite was exquisite.
